K Satyanarayana Reddy

PRESIDENT

K. Satyanarayanareddy, the visionary behind Padmapani Foundation, founded the NGO in 1993 with a group of dedicated Social Workers committed to bringing Environment, Livelihood literacy and health while working at the grassroots level. Under his direction, Padmapani Foundation has established 3Skill Development Centers, Child Labor School, Biodiversity programmes and several informal schools in Telangana and Tamilanadu States. K. Satyanarayanareddy is Social Worker who did PG in Master of Social Work (MSW) in the year 1998 from Osmania University, at the Padmapani Society besides working as a Consultant in different Government and Corporate projects.He has worked in I& CAD, Telangana as ID Consultant, worked as External Monitor in WHO, worked as Supportive Supervisor in GFATM, Worked in Lepra India and PSI.

J Thirupathi Shali

VICE PRESIDENT

J.Thirupathi Shali serves as Vice President. His previous assignments include the position of Project Manager in Road NGO, Project Co-coordinator in LODI Organization now he is working as Social worker in Women and Child Development. He did complete his PG in Master of Social Work from Osmania University (MSW) and he has completed LLB from Osmania University. He has been working in social sector for last 17 years.He has a proven track record as Child rights issues and HIV/AIDS prevention Generalist profile which includes People Management, Performance Appraisal, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Training and Development, etc. among other things. His expertise lies in partnering with Legal issues to develop overall development of organization strategy and objectives and translating them into goals, plans and tactics.

K Shiva Prasad

GENERAL SECRETARY

K. Shiva Prasad is one of the founding members of Padmapani Foundation and has assisted in various technical aspects throughout the years. He has also served as a General Secretary and is currently on the Board of Directors. K. Shiva Prasad deals with various data based research projects being conducted by Padmapani Society and Manage Website as well Social Networking up to date. K. Shiva Prasad did his PG in MSc Maths and completed Bachelor of Education who is sound in Technology as well as Education. He has previously worked as Technical Manager in Agarwal Packers and Movers Pvt Limited for the last 5 years.

L Suneetha

EXECUTIVE MEMBER

L. Suneetha comes with 15 years of experience in handling positions of high responsibility in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh State Governments. She serves as Executive Member in Padmapani Foundation. She is working as President in Maruthi Mahila Society dealing gender equity and livelihoods through CBOs. She completed her Post Graduation in political science from Nagarjuna University. Other than Maruthi Mahila Society and Padmapani, she is also engaged in Forum for better Andhra Pradesh as co-convener.
