Sudharshan was interested in learning communication skills in order to get familiar Retail &Customer Interaction. After got in to PSHE center He has got knowledge profusely on using communication skills. Now, He is very clear about Customer interaction without chaos and helping His family members as well, as He is self-employed of Spencer’s. He is more confident of looking after His business.

He used to work hard as much as He could do and put in effort to get well acquainted. He was volunteered by faculty during His course and He got trained in using all those needy applications He required to use. Owing to the profundity of application usage He became familiar with digital content.

He is an entrepreneur who requires a lot of digital awareness. But He was in a rut for a long time which made His inferior. After He made up His mind to put in a mettle He wanted to pull out His socks up. As He got support by His family He started to come to PSHE, he learnt a lot more about digital content. Now, He tells that He is been very encouraged by family during His course.

Shivani D/o Ramachendrudu, she is well in class study and Participation in class room activity Reading writing speeches and Games but she was droup out every year 2 months at Labour work seasonal time go to field daily wage labour but she is not interest to go to field but her Father forced to her, she have 2 younger sister they also drop out and went to daily wages, this year she took promised to her father don’t go to daily labour work due to she is now studying 10th class so this year she is very confidence, her father not forced he also accepted her interest on Education, her family very poor and all are go to daily wage.

Sri Sailu is one of the aspirants who wanted to learn the use of digital devices and its application. She was a sort of girl who studied graduation and put a brake for studies for ages. She was keen on acquiring knowledge on difital devices. Owing to her interest in learning tools effectively she was pursuit of finding the right place to learn. She had been referred by one of her friends and enrolled for Digital Literacy in Padmapani Society where she found the learning platform with aid NDLM.

She was very participative and and volunteering at every situation. She was very attentive during her tenure which could strength her learning capability and fulfilled her desire, now she can us any sort of digital devices effectively and she feels that such efficacy has been got because of her course in NDLM center.

G.Bhavani was one of our STeP beneficiaries. She is from poor family background. She has 4 members in the family including her. She has completed HSC in Chennai. She is living in the Slum area of Korrukkupet. She actively participated in our programme and made use of the opportunity. This made his to become as an Employable youth in the society.

Change noticed through STeP:
The mother of the child was very much concerned with this, but there is no remedy. In this pathetic situation the family found our opportunity. Our staff team went for mobilization into her area to promote our program activities. When the beneficiary found our STeP program and felt it will be useful, since she need no money to learn the course. Since she got the opportunity to learn the valuable course through our program, she gladly joined and made best use of the opportunity. She regularly attended the classes. She was very participative and enthusiastic to learn. She improved her English knowledge to understand, read, write and speak. She learned the basic computer knowledge, specially the Microsoft Office, Internet, E-mail, etc. So all these made his a courageous and employable youth in the society

Manga Vinod Kumar S/o Manga Sriniva he belongs to Armoor he is Semi orphan his Father is an agriculture labor due to financial crisis drop out school in the year 2010 He was joined in RSTC in 2012 in kamareddy run by PSHE. He was joined at the age of 10 years, He was studied upto SSC in the society. He got 8.8% in and he got 92% in Intermediate. He did complete his Intermediate in Gayathri Jr College, Hyderabad. He has completed B.Com computers in Nizamabad District with 90% GPA.

He completed his MBA in CMR College. His wish is to go to America and try to settle there.
