The society worked in 4 villages of Gandhri mandal with 3 staff (Community Organizer, Works Inspector, Agricultural extension officer) on tank management plan. The main objective of the programme strengthen of Water Users Association, conducting civil works, creating livelihood activities for direct and indirect stake holders like fishermen, ground water users, washer men, forest development and animal husbandry. The society prepared TIMPS and submitted to Department for civil works and identified Demo Plants, Vermin Composts units. The programme supported by I & CAD Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

PHSE partnered with Suzlon foundation for building the capacities of communities in order to ensure that they are able to take action independently and effectively to secure their long term well being , there by promoting their empowerment and self reliance.
Integrated village development aims for minimal impact on the natural environment by enabling local communities to develop their potential.
This initiative also empowers the employees to be responsible civil society memebers committing ourselves to ethical business practices that fair to all stakeholders so that we can collectively contribute towards creating a better world for all .
